One of our favorite tune from last year (and that still gets plays on my iPod.. true story) made by Dutch wonderkid DJ R3hab and titled “Sending My Love” gets the bootleg treatment from fellow hard-hitting remixer Tommy Trash.

The Australian Electro House producer and DJ mixes it with Calvin Harris’ “Flashback”, a song that racked an impressive 8M views on YouTube (combined from various sources).

For having the chance to sit down with R3hab at Pacha NYC, we know that the Dutch EDM DJ and producer is an interesting and warm character.

The good folks over at Electronic Spotlight took him around the streets of Los Angeles before he went on dropping his Chainsaw Madness at LA’s famous Club Playhouse.

“It’s like a roller coaster ride.. good break down with a nice build and.. big drop!” so his R3hab’s music in his own words.

“it’s hard to make the best music,” he then explains saying it can be stressful to be a successful DJ/producer, “still a lot of fun” though.

Fadil El Ghoul - of his real name - also explains the process behind making remixes and especially his Lady Gaga remix “Judas” that put him on the mainstream map last year; working with Afrojack on “Prutataaa” which, like most of us, he explains “have no idea [what the title means].”

You will also learn that his mom wanted him to be a banker, “that didn’t work out” he jokingly says.

Over the delightful tune of “Nictim”, Nicky Romero takes you back on a trip to Canada for the VELD Music Festival.

Hosted in Toronto earlier this month, the festival saw Deadmau5 and Avicii headline day 1 and day 2 - respectively - of the Main stage. The highly anticipated music video which the Canadian EDM DJ and producer described as the highest budget electronic music video of all time was just released online.. and it sure was worth the wait.

In a near future where Justin Bieber is Prime Minister (you’ll understand shortly) Deadmau5 takes you on a trip with giant UFC robots fightings in a world where everybody can get it.

Live from Los Angeles in a studio on the Hollywood hills Max Vangeli accompanied by his partner AN21 explains it all.

“I can relate size with everything, the size on everything here .. does actually matter,” explains a Steve Angello surrounded by musical equipment.

The Swedish EDM superstar is recording in LA and takes some time to go back in time to describe how he came up with the Size name and how Junior Sanchez and is imprint Cube inspired him to come up with the 4 letters name.

“From the rave culture, it wasn’t about DJs, it was about having the biggest sound system,” he ads.

The rest is an interesting backstage access where Junior Sanchez explains live from EDC NY how he met Steve via Laidback Luke before letting Erick Morillo and Norman Doray tell you their stories as well.
